FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Foodie Fit is an innovative meal prep company. We allow you to pick meals from our menu of signature items, or you can custom build your meals according to your specific macros. We are the first in this industry to provide this luxury. We don’t limit our clients on choices and don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. We understand that every client has different needs and goals.

You select the meals from our rotating menu, select a delivery day and time, pay for your orders, and enjoy! We also offer grab and go options at our two storefronts. We have one in Green Valley and the other in Summerlin.

Most ingredients naturally have sodium in them. We use minimal sodium in our food and for those dishes that have a little added sodium, we use a small amount of organic Pink Himalayan salt.

We are dedicated to fresh delicious meals that are never frozen.

We deliver to most locations in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. If delivery is not available in your area, you can always pick up from our store.

In case you live too far out from our store location and we can’t deliver to you, you can come pick your meals up from us.

Our meals will last up to 5 days in refrigeration under 40 degrees and 4 days for any of our sea food options. We suggest freezing any meal that doesn’t get consumed within 5 days, they are good for up to 30 days in the freezer.

We deliver the meals cold and can be reheated in microwave oven, on a stove top, or in the oven. The meals come pre-cooked and are delivered in a microwave safe container.

We deliver our meals in refrigerated vans to ensure they stay fresh from our kitchen to your doorstep.

If you will not be home during your scheduled delivery time, we suggest you put a cooler at the front door, one of our drivers will place the meals in the cooler and provide ice in the cooler.
