Data Security Breach

Dear Foodie Fit customers,

We value your business and respect the privacy of your information, which is why, as a precautionary measure, we are writing to let you know about a data security incident that may involve your personal information.

WHAT HAPPENED?
Sometime around the early morning of Monday 1/8/2024 one of our retail locations was physically broken into and items were stolen. Using some of these stolen items they were able to access some company directories.

WHAT INFORMATION WAS INVOLVED?
The data accessed may have included personal information such as Names, email addresses, and phone numbers. To our knowledge, the data accessed did not include any credit card information or physical addresses of customers.

WHAT WE ARE DOING
Foodie Fit values your privacy and deeply regrets that this incident occurred. Foodie Fit is conducting a thorough review of the potentially affected computer system and will notify you if there are any significant developments. Foodie Fit has implemented additional security measures designed to prevent a recurrence of such an attack and to protect the privacy of Foodie Fit’s valued customers. Foodie Fit also works closely with law enforcement to ensure the incident is properly addressed.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
Be aware of scamming and phishing emails that may be emailed to you. Do not open links to emails that are from untrusted sources. Be aware that Foodie Fit does not send out any contracts via email using Square software.
